Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery: FREE on all orders over £500.
Orders under £500 are subject to a standard delivery fee of £49.99.
Premium Delivery (Room of Choice & Assembly): Available at an extra cost. Please select this option at checkout or contact us for a quote.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

Our delivery team will contact you prior to arrival.
Items will be delivered to your room of choice if selected at checkout.
If you’ve opted for assembly, our team will unpack and assemble your furniture and remove all packaging materials.
Please ensure access points are clear and measure doors, hallways, and staircases in advance.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss your scheduled delivery, a redelivery fee may apply. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
