What if the items don't fit through my door?
If we are unable to successfully deliver your items due to the size of your doorway, we will return the items to our Headquarters and offer a full refund with no hidden costs or charges.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
Delivery costs £99 for England and Wales and £99 for parts of Scotland. You can use our postcode checker to check your exact postcode.
When will my order be delivered?
For in-stock items, we are usually able to deliver within 7 days. Some orders take a little longer depending on your location and the availability of the items you order. We deliver to different regions of the UK on different days of the week. Simply enter your postcode into our postcode checker below to see which days we deliver to your area.
Do you assemble my furniture?
If you have ordered a sofa, our delivery team will assemble your sofa in any room of choice. This is included as part of our delivery service at no extra cost. There is no assembly included on flatpack furniture and other items.
