If for any reason you need to exchange your product, we're here to help. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we're happy to assist you in finding the right product. To start the exchange process, please click on the button below and follow the easy steps. Our team will then review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed.
We exercise a 14-day cooling-off period on all our products so you can buy from us with confidence. The 14-day period starts from the date of your delivery. Any items which are returned to us must be in an unused, brand-new condition, and wrapped in sufficient packaging. You can also amend your order up to 2 working days before your delivery. If you wish to amend your order, all you need to do is contact us and we can discuss any changes to the order and any impact on price or delivery dates.
