6.2 Custom or made-to-order furniture is non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.

6.3 To request a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

6.4 Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Cancellations

7.1 Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

7.2 Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

8.1 Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours with photos and a description of the issue.

8.2 We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
