At Honeypot Furniture, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. We aim to provide a seamless delivery experience from checkout to setup. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping and delivery services.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to most areas within the UK mainland. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your postcode, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Delivery Timeframes

• In-Stock Items: Delivered within 5–10 working days.

• Made-to-Order Items: Estimated delivery is between 3–6 weeks, depending on the manufacturer and product specifications.

• You will be contacted via phone or email to schedule a convenient delivery date and time slot.

Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery: FREE on all orders over £500.

• Orders under £500 are subject to a standard delivery fee of £49.99.

• Premium Delivery (Room of Choice & Assembly): Available at an extra cost. Please select this option at checkout or contact us for a quote.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

• Our delivery team will contact you prior to arrival.

• Items will be delivered to your room of choice if selected at checkout.

• If you’ve opted for assembly, our team will unpack and assemble your furniture and remove all packaging materials.

• Please ensure access points are clear and measure doors, hallways, and staircases in advance.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss your scheduled delivery, a redelivery fee may apply. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Send clear photos and your order number to: [email protected]

3. Our team will arrange a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.

Click & Collect

We also offer a Click & Collect service from our warehouse. Please contact us to schedule a collection date. Valid photo ID and order confirmation will be required at pickup.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international delivery outside of the UK mainland.
